In this 21st century life is easy as compare to 20th century.Children born in 21st century in there childhood they have more luxuries life than our childhood.I remember when I am a 8 years old girl, I used to play cricket with my brothers and cousin.we also played ludo,carom,name place and thing and doing cycling in every evening.
Now a days children like to spend their time on youtube,facebook and like to play online gaming in front of their PC.
The research proof that the children who are playing indoor outdoor games in their childhood they are more active and always optimism towards their life and free of any tension and stress than the children who are only like to play E-gaming.Because their mind thinking is bound to that video game and they live in a imagination world and If, they suddenly face any tough situation in their life they can't handle it well and become a victim of Stress and depression.
We are social animals so, two question arises in our mind
1) Who are Become a victim of Stress and Depression
2) How we are Free Of stress and Depression.
1) There are many reasons that people easily become a victim of Stress and Depression.
Basically the depression comes in our life because of stress or tension.
Low Tolerance
The person who has a low tolerance, he will be easily become victim of stress.Because he want to control his life as he like, But reality is change different people have different opinion about education,life,death,family,job,money etc.If any case he has argue with someone then he want to win the argument so, that he lose his temper and start thinking about that person who has no similar believe as he has, this is the initial stage of stress or tension.
High Expectation
This is the most common problem now, a days in people.We don't want to do something for someone but we expect a lot from other side.And in case if we live up to other person expectation then we want reward for it.A person who do even a small thing and expect something in return that person slowly and gradually become victim of Stress.
2) Now a days every one life is stick around tension, stress and depression.Everyone thinking about their future and from now start comparing their lives with others.I wrote about on happiness and tell you that If you are all stop comparing your life with others then you are all spend a very happy life.
Now I will discuss some helpful tips with you to overcome your stress and depression.
There are two types of Stress or Tension
First one is that when our examination date is closed to us and we have not done with our syllabus at this time we start study with tension and hard work or we are going for a job interview we are a little bit nervous and thinking about our interview questions, after the interview and examination we feel clam.This type of Stress is for some time it's not such harmful for us.We deal this type of stress daily.
Second type of stress is life long stress, this is increase as we faces different situation in our life.
Manage the time
In our daily routine take some time for mediate and spend some time alone in a room and talk with our self on hopeful thoughts towards life.This is a initial step to ignore all negative thoughts and negative people who are not in your favour.This also helps to you control your inner behaviour and spreading positivity around your self.
Living a Happy life

Now a days people have a lot of facilities round them but except that We are become sensitive as compare to early age people.Because now we are closed to few people are they our family members or friends, along me no one want to lose them.
We are visualized the negative thoughts in our mind like If I don't complete this task my teacher will punished me in front of class or If I don't get the success then I can't able to achieve anything else.
These types of questions are fix in our mind, when we start to do something different and we said to us that we have not enough capacity to fulfilled our goals.Only because of our fear of failure.
So, stop comparing your life with others and do whatever you want, accidentally If you are not succeed in it you get at least some experience that how to improve your self better next time.This will help you to overcome stress and depression and keep moving forward.

There are two types of peeps out there. First thing imp is identifying ourselves, that what motivates us. Are we introverts or extro.. then we need to set our working environment. In my experience working environment is the greatest motivator. If your achievements motivate you then compare ur todays achievements with the day before. Or if you get motivation from appreciation find yourself a company that understands and take interest in your work. Follow this step and IA you wont have to bound yourself to some dictating time schedule. You will never need any motivation. Your work will motivate you.
