What is Motivation Letter & How To Write It.

Motivation letter is a kind of, single page document in which you customize your motivation for an internship, organized an event, work as a volunteer, and for a foreign conference such as for a start-up fair. Motivation letter supports your CV.
What is the main difference between a Cover letter & Motivation letter?
Cover letter writing for a vacancy of job or internship, to get paid you for your skills. The motivation letter is something which you write to get attend a foreign country conference, an exchange programme, and a non-profit organization for a voluntary work.
                                                  Important points for a letter of motivation:-

1 )  Don't copy your motivation letter from someone else, also not directly copy-paste from a website.
2 ) The pattern of motivation letter is the same as a cover letter.
3 ) Don't write the irrelevant stuff, that does not match with your job, internship or scholarship. Your motivation should show the readers a strong image of yours.
4 ) Don't write anything which is not mentioned in your CV/Resume like education, internship or any kind of scholarship.
5 ) If, you send your documents via email. Make sure you use a serious email address not use like,(babakiprincess1@gmail.com, mamakaladla@gmail.com).
6 ) Start writing the letter of your strength. Don't mention your negative points in motivation letter.
7 ) If, you have no experience then don't write like that ''I have no experience in this working field'', Instead of this write ''I seek to explore this working field, and avail this opportunity''.
8 ) Keep in mind that, many students, freshers apply for job, internship or scholarship. So bring distinguish your self from others.
9 ) Mention your all academic achievements, training sessions, workshops or any kind of diploma.
10 ) In the last paragraph of letter tell them, your successful future goals and tell them how you bring this opportunity to future achievements.

I got my primary education at a Govt. primary school. Belong to a middle-class family but being hardworking and brilliant, I won a scholarship to University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar. In addition to academic excellence, I am an active social worker, youth leader, community contributor, traveler, reader and have been involved with various organizations. I have the aim of bringing good governance, peace, development, and prosperity to the region through sound policies, education, and awareness. I am one of those fortunate people who received information about the AEFS Program and the one who aims to attain this opportunity, to the under provided and backward Province Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

Experience and observation have taught me never to miss any opportunity. For an ambitious person like me would definitely get maximum if awarded the AEFS.

Once I attain the scholarship, I plan to establish an organization that would guide students of Pakistan in achieving their goals. Spreading knowledge has been the motto of my life and I strongly believe after going through this experience I will bring a great revolution in the thoughts of my society members.
