Sponsorship is a partnership, to which the sponsor companies or organizations advertise their services and products through the events, workshops, seminars, and websites. And in a return, the owner of the website, event planner, get a suitable amount of pricing from them to arrange their events and workshops.

Tips for an event sponsorship letter:-
1) Align yourself with the right sponsors:
You firstly, identify the type of people that you have really like to align with because you don't just want to take anybody you don't just want to be kind of advertising and for you to be promoting people that you don't believe in so for me I always see who align with my community.
2 ) How to choose your sponsor:
This is the common mistakes people do during their sponsor selected. A person arranges an event related to career counseling or education expo they do not easily choose their sponsors. They must go to the private academics, universities and the organizations which are run learning institute.
3 ) Identify the benefits to your sponsor:
The most sponsors interesting how you give them benefits from your event. If you choose your sponsor right then you easily understand them how this gives huge benefits to them.
4 ) Build a solid relationship:
I saw most of the students and event planner are just interested in their sponsor's money, They want to get money from them for their event. I suggest you to after your successful event call a meeting between your organization and your sponsors. This will help you a lot to grow in your field.

Momina bibi you have missed tons of things about sponsorship, and you mentioned certain tips which I don't think is relevant, point 1 and 2.

Here I just understand the public concept about the sponsorship. And yeah I are also think that 1 and 2 points are not important that's the biggest mistake of us we just want sponsor to arrange our event. But let me clear to you through this example if You want to arrange a career counseling event for students then whom you wnat to get sponsor?? Of course you go to academices Yup never go to foodpunch, Habibi or Jan's glorie. I really made more mistakes in my sponsorship I will discuss them with you all soon In Shaa Allah.
