1) A Positive Attitude :
The person who has lead something(team, group leader, a company), he has always a positive attitude about his life. He was not working hard to earn money but to lead all of his team members and employees. He never feeling upset whenever they try to do work and achieve their goal. If they face failure then their passion about their work is increased.
Successful persons learn from their failure. The invention of Thomson Edison is greater than 1000 but He is more famous for his Bulb invention because he fails 999 times to invent the bulb. But actually, he said that I am Thomson Edison because I fail to 999 times to invent the bulb.
2 ) To Be Energizer:
The leader has energy to passionate about his career also he has strength to transfer that energy to others. In short, a leader has a motivated personality, his/her words are motivating others to encourage them towards their life.
A person leads organization his main task to manage the whole members of the organization. The members must be passionate and enough courage to do work with activeness then his organization touches the peaks of success. A leader guides their team and always one step forward from them towards struggle.
3 ) A Power Full Vision:
A leader must have a desireful vision in his life Objective, goal and vision should be clear to a leader. Time management is a skill to fulfill all the goals of life. A leader has a broad vision, this vision is followed by objectives. A leader has a vision then he knows how to do work and when to take a decision in the right way.
A leader doesn't think about the criticism which is stopping him to move forward.
4 ) Join as a community:
A leader has a community. He takes work from his team members and employees as a community. He teaches the community lesson. He always believes in the power of the team, which will do whatever they want but if, they work together.

A leader must be a role model for all his/her community people as well as in his/her profession.
He must be honest and truthful. People know him for his trustworthy behavior. He will be not a leader if, people not believe in him.
