Now, adays gradutes university students are applying for job and internship to pursue their career and gain some work experience for further success.
Here is the main problems is that Our students are not know how to apply for any internship or a job.
There is one main documents which is necessery named as Resume/CV which is most important for freshers as well as for professionals and experience persons.
The Resume which you carry with yourself as well as send it to online through the email, there is no differnce between online and hardware Resume they both are same.The online resume also called
e-resume or scannable resume.
Now here I explain the Resume.
Resume consists on following parts
The header:-
First of all write your full name at the top left side of your resume, below that write your email address and in third line write your personal phone number.
now the right side is empty so you should upload your passport size picture here.Your photo should be a professional it should be properly coat and a tie and for girls a tie should not be required just a coat and a white formal shirt for western countries, for eastern countries like Pakistan there picture should be in white or black Hijab with a proper white or blue background.
Moving forward a very important part of resume that the Structure of Resume.
Career objective:-
That is one of the important part of your Resume Because that is the part in which the person who is taking your interview or the HR deparment head who is going through your Resume, He first see your objective.And based on these objective the most of students and professionals are selected or rejected.All You know about your career but the difficults part is that how to write it down and to show your passion about that vacancy.
Firstly give time to yourself to formulate two to three objectives, then pick up a one prefect objective from them.Different people have different objective please don't copy paste the objective from your friends or colleagues.If you are applling for a marketing job in a industry then first read the company vision and after read and understand their vision you can write your objective and mention that goal in which that company is interested in it.
Qualification:-
In this section you should draw a table of five column and three rows.write from your recently
last degree first then second last and then third last one.
In five column mention the Certificate or Degree then board of examination then institude then percentage and the last one with the CGPA.
You can also merge the board and institude if your board ois same for all degrees.
Projects:-
Now come to a technical part of your study.After your academic section the reader should be interested in your technical and software skills.Again should mention the title of your project then mention the date of your project and after that you write the tools or software which you use during project.If you do the project individual or with in a group then must write your responsibilities.
Again you have a backup for your projects, backup like if a person or interviewer ask question to you about your project you have to know about it.
If a person do not done any project then mention a presantations which you have prepare in your school or college.
Professional Proficiency:-
This is only about yourself what you have done in your past experiences.First mention the software skills in which you can write the MS office, power point,excle or in your education if you learn some software then mention their name as well.
Second you can mention your professional certification courses such that you done during your MBA or BS.Write all seminar,events or workshops which you are attending during your education period.
Apart for that also put publications in which you do in academic background apart from academic background some kind of paper presentation or you have published something that is again very good thing, that is you put it again there.
Accolades or Achievements:-
whatever achievemnets you have done in your past, You should put it down in your resume like if you arrange an event workshop and you win a best event mangement prize.
Also write the all awards, prizes you win in your past experiences or any fellowship or shcolarship mention it here.
Hard skills or personal skills:-
After Your achievements here come your personal or hard skills like a good coomunicator, excelent decision making skills etc.Do not write somthing like I do some business do not frame a sentence.Personal skills should be very short and precise. You should have again five to six bullet points.Keep in mind mention those skills which is match with your job vacancy like if you are apply for a Marketing position then You should must write like dealing with customers or managing customer relationship.Again you should must have a backup for it,backup such that you have past experinces for that.
Personal Information:-
That is again a important part of your Resume because in this you write it down the details about you like home address,nationality and religious etc.
References:-
refernces are not must to write it down, if required for on demand then put those two or may be three names of professional people whom you are work with them.Like as mention your University Chairman or Assistant professor whom you are work with them in any kind of project.

Mistakes in Resume Writting
1) Do not attached hard copy of your photo because if you sending through online again it should be scanned and then you taking a print out of resume again the photo should come along with it.
2) Do not use( I, me, my, them, their, us,) in objective only use articles and preposition.
3) Do not use I am good or I have experience in this field or my skills are too good etc in your career objectives.
4) last and the most important put down the reality about you in your Resume and You should must know about your projects,seminars,workshop or events which you are attending during your academic career.
