CATD in collaboration with SHAM Corporation is organizing a 4 days 3 nights Leadventure – The Leaders Camp 2018 with excitement learning, entertainment and adventure segments in it. The multi-location camp will start in the month of October at Nathia Gali and Ayuba - a beautiful valley of KPK to promote tourism, build network of changemakers and impart adaptive leadership & entrepreneurship capabilities in the participants.

Adaptive Leadership examines the complex role of a leader as a person, thought leader, problem solver, change agent, ethical leader and role model. Through interactive, action‐oriented team engagement, participants will examine their strengths as individual leaders, develop necessary management communication skills and spend a day pulling all of the pieces together in a simulation exercise designed to put the new competencies into practice.

THIS PROGRAM participant WILL:

•   Gain a deeper understanding of the ways in which leadership differs from management.
•  Strengthen your communication skill.
•  Develop methods to improve the dynamics and effectiveness of your team.
•  Benefit from interaction with a peer network from a broad array of industries.
• Practice applicable skills which you can implement immediately.
• Participants receive a Professional Certificate upon completion of this program

LEAD-VENTURE SUMMER CAMP OBJECTIVES:

• To promote the tourism & soft image of KP by inviting people from many regions of Pakistan.
• To interact with other provinces youth with KP youth to build stronger understanding.
• Bring all the top youth activists from top youth organizations working across Pakistan under one roof to promote peace, culture, and tourism.
• To create a platform for youth organizations named a Youth Nexus
•  To set up a platform for long-term youth organizations support, mentoring & network which would be working for the benefits of youth.

I have been in link with CATD for a while, ideally speaking in this camp I learnt a lot. 1st time I seen this type of tour which have tour as well as training & learning, personally, I have learned too many things in these four interactive training& Adventure days.

It’s a great experience in my life I came from Lahore ( Punjab University ) before this event my perception about KP & its people were very different but when I came here I meet with these people and I see very thing personally so I realized the people of KP were every hospitable , loving & lead-Venture were the great experience I see the natural beauty of KP as well gain knowledge from the training segment group discussion with these participant were great congratulation & best wishes for next time

Experience of Lead-Venture was the best. I have such experience in tourism industry I have so many tours and trip executed but this event is different from all other event, it’s a well-organized and planned trip.
