Tips & tricks for getting a Job

Most of our graduated students directly after their graduation, apply for job and internships for getting a financial support as well as experience.
But most of the time they are not selected for a post. Today I tell you about some tips and tricks for getting a job.

Resume Writing:-
1) Don't copy paste your resume from the internet. Because a multinational companies HR department head know about each and everything about the market. They have more than 10 years experience They easily get the copy paste point.
2) Use a simple and professional template for Resume.
3) Don't use a different color in your Resume Heading.
4) Use one dark color for the whole Resume.
5) Your Resume should not exceed from 2 pages.
6) Whenever you mail, upload or send your Resume for a consulate person then, Always use a PDF file.
7) Don't use a work or any other file for sending your Resume.
8) Write each and everything which you attend or organized in your university life.
 9) Do try to update your Objective whenever apply for a job, Objective must be created connectivity between job and your vision.
10) Everything, which is write in Resume must be in descending order. like current academia must be written in first then second last.


Cover Lettering:-
After Resume now turns to cover letter.
The cover letter is basically a brief and to the point description about your whole skills and experience which you mention in Resume.
1) The cover letter is always written to the head of the HR(Human Resource) department.
2) The cover letter consists on one page.
3) Don't mention anything irrelevant to your apply job.
4) Try to summarize the effective skills and internships and experience in the Cover letter.
5) At the last write your name along with contact number and email Id.

Third and the last Important art to get your job, is Interview Skills.

Interview Skills:

1 ) Don't be in harry during your question answer sessions, Keep calm and peacefully give the answer of all the questions.
2 ) Don't lose your confidence when you saw other candidates after leaving the interviewer room.
3 ) Don't touch your hair in front of the interviewer, this will create your bad impact on them.
4 ) Don't look at surrounding area when you don't know the answer to any question, Just say Please sir/madam pass this question.
5 ) Don't look at them like a fool.
6 ) Don't memorize the thing or answer of any subjective question.
7 ) If they laugh at any situation you must give a smile to them.
8 ) Don't use your cell phone a lot in the waiting room, bring a magazine/book with yourself for reading.

Here I share all the details on how to prepare your self for an interview. Keep one thing in mind you are the one who deserves the best position if by chance you not selected for a job it doesn't mean that you are not good in your field or you have not enough knowledge to select in a job interview.
