Are you graduated from college or university? Are you thinking about your career and want to get a job quickly, well You have an option to do MS in your major subjects and then work hard with your studies and assessments and again do a thesis research proposals, research and after completion that, You are searching again for a suitable job.
Well, there are two cases one is Job and second is Post graduation.
case 1: Job Directly after graduation:
Money attracts humans, This is the research on human psychology that whenever we see any money it attracts us and lose our main path. That' the main reason Fresh graduated students of universities they want a job to financially satisfy their ego. Job or Internship is to increase our experience level and grow our self in practical life and become a professional.
But, What If you can't get a good job opportunity,,,
That's the awkward moment when your aunt and uncles, told you about your job and you still said them I am searching for it.
What did I Do Now?...
Most of my graduated friends and fellow ask from me this questions a lot of time.
I give a different situation according to that you will get your position for yourself.
1 ) Urgently required a Job:
This is the most critical situation because most of the students are eagerly wanted a job to support their families and financially strong.
Those students whom don't want a job right now and want to explore them self to take admission in MS from out of city or country.
What opportunities will be given to me after my MS?
There is a lot of opportunity after the Masters. If you are interested in lecturership then it will be able to do apply and publish your MS research paper and do follow the different government institute and education sectors jobs, then It will be easy for you to get your position in a high rank.
If, you want to do MS immediately after bachelor of B.Tec/B.E engineering that you should not need any work experience to get a job, just do MS and work on a research paper and published it if possible for you, then it will give you great help to introduce your self in a market.
The knowledge of bachelor is now fresh in your mind, and you take good scores in your master test (GRE/GATE). People how to take a break to do jobs and gain work experience is difficult to adjust again for studies.
You have no responsibilities of your family so you can manage your time well for your research and projects.
1) Update your Resume/CV to attract the hiring manager.
2) Do follow all your related field companies on LinkedIn.
3) Update your cover letter in a standard document.
4) Communicate with different companies employees and make a bond with them and for the seek of guides interact with them.
5) Attend different workshops and training course related to your field, like as B.Tech/B.E in Electronics bachelor students are trying to take courses on PLC programming, SCADA system, Microcontroller and (Human Machine interference)HMI and so on.

- Start a home tutor job, It is better to do something than nothing. So start searching for students who are want to learn tuition from a teacher at their home. For this just simpling post on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter for a home tutor.
- Expert in Programming, If you are popular in your university for programming then start taught to your junior. The worst feeling is that when your teacher asks you about your assignment and you don't know how to do it, because you are weak in programming. Then student wants help from their seniors so, that's the great opportunity to earn money and solve your financial problems.
- Apply for Private Sector Job, If you are not able to do home tutor job, then try to make an effective resume and drop your resume with attached documents to private schools, colleges, and institutes. Also, you will be able to get a job from them, but make sure you have effective communication skills to create a bond among them then they will be, refer to you whenever they announced a vacancy.

If you are gonna pursue a Professional non-thesis Masters such as IS, MIS, IT etc, your work experience can actually matter as long as it is in line with the MS specialization.
On the other hand, if you are gonna pursue a thesis based Masters in Science/Engineering, your work experience might not matter make any significant difference unless you have been working in R&D.
